Flowers were ordered as a sympathy arrangement. The order was processed and delivered the same day. The driver made certain that someone took in the flowers. My friend was out and it was cold and going to snow. The arrangement was a bit different than the one pictured. It does state that this is a possibility on the website. But the altered bouquet was just as beautiful, so do not let that possibility prevent you from ordering. Excellent arrangement and excellent service. I would reccomend EC Florist to friends in search of flowers.
